Delicious Miso-Glazed Brussels Sprouts Recipe For Healthy Eating

Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, miso paste, maple syrup, rice vinegar, water, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour the mixture over the Brussels sprouts and toss until they are well coated.
Spread the sprouts evenly on a baking tray and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Roast for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and slightly crispy.
