Baked Plantain Chips
Ingredients
2 green plantains
60 ml olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Peel the plantains and slice them thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
3. Place the slices in a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Toss them to evenly coat each slice.
4. Add salt, garlic powder, and paprika to the bowl. Mix well to ensure every piece is flavoured.
5. Spread the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
