Ingredients
1 cup mixed sprouts
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, cooking until they pop.
Stir in the grated ginger and chopped onion. Cook until the onion is soft.
Add chopped tomato, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomato is mushy.
Finally, mix in the sprouts. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is well combined.
