Ingredients
1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained
1 cup rolled oats
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Oil, for frying

Method
1. Start by blending the chickpeas and rolled oats in a food processor until finely ground.
2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands.
4. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the falafel and cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. Transfer cooked falafel onto a paper towel to drain excess oil before serving.
