Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup dried fruit
1/4 cup seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add the chopped nuts, dried fruit, seeds, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl.
Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
