Method
1. Start by blending the coconut water, bananas, and pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth.
2. Add the spinach leaves, honey, and cold water. Blend again until everything is combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a large jug and add the lemon juice. Stir well.
4. Mix in the chia seeds and let the cooler sit for about 10 minutes to allow the seeds to expand.
5. Serve the drink over ice cubes in glasses.
