Ingredients
– 2 green apples, sliced
– 1 cup radish, thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 carrot, grated
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt, to taste
– Black pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Method
1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly before preparing.
2. Slice the green apples and radishes. Dice both types of bell peppers.
3. Grate the carrot and place all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and add the chopped mint. Toss everything together.
