Ingredients
– 4 ripe pears, diced
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking dish.
2. Mix diced pears with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread this mixture evenly in the baking dish.
3. Combine oats, flour, and melted butter in another bowl until it looks crumbly. Then stir in the walnuts.
4. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the pears in the baking dish.
5. Bake the crisp for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
