Delicious Healthy Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread Recipe For Fall

Ingredients

– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
– 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups almond flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until everything is combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Level the top with a spatula.
5. Bake for about 50-60 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean when the bread is done.
