Ingredients

– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Method
1. Start by mashing the chickpeas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
2. Stir in the chopped onion, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs.
3. Add cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley to the mixture.
4. Form the mixture into small patties using your hands.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
