Delicious Garlic Kale Recipe: Healthy & Flavorful Greens Dish

Ingredients

– 1 bunch of kale
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
– Freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Start by washing the kale thoroughly. Remove the tough stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
2. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Toss in the kale and sprinkle with salt. Stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Once the kale is tender, remove it from the heat. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle parmesan cheese and black pepper before serving.
