Method

1. Begin by cutting the cauliflower into florets and placing them in a large pot.
2. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and cover. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
