Ingredients

Method
1. Start by blending the diced mangoes and coconut milk until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
3. Stir everything together until well combined.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
5. Serve the pudding in bowls and top with fresh mango slices and mint leaves.
