Delicious Methi Soya Chunks Dry Sabzi Recipe For Healthy Meals

Ingredients

– 1 cup soya chunks
– 1 ½ cups water
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– 2 green chilies, chopped
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cups methi leaves (fenugreek), chopped
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt to taste

Method

1. Boil 1 ½ cups of water in a pot and add the soya chunks. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft.
2. Drain the water and squeeze out the excess water from the chunks.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
4. Stir in the grated ginger, chopped green chilies, and sliced onion. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
5. Add the methi leaves, turmeric, and salt. Cook everything together for about 5 minutes, mixing well.
