Delicious Palak Ragi Oats Thepla: Healthy Multigrain Flatbread

Ingredients

– 1 cup whole wheat flour
– 1/2 cup ragi flour
– 1/2 cup oats (rolled)
– 1 cup spinach, chopped
– 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons oil (plus extra for cooking)
– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Method

1. Combine the whole wheat flour, ragi flour, oats, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt, and chili powder in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped spinach to the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Gradually pour in water and knead the mixture to form a soft dough.
4. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a flat circle, using a rolling pin.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread on both sides, brushing with a little oil until golden brown.
