– 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Method
1. Begin by draining the tofu and pressing it to remove excess water. Crumble the tofu into a bowl.
2. Add flour, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, baking powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the tofu. Mix everything until a smooth batter forms.
3. Include the chopped herbs and fold them into the batter.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour a spoonful of the batter into the pan to form a pancake.
5. Cook each pancake for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for a few more minutes.
