Ingredients
– 2 cups of cooked rice
– 1 cup of chopped broccoli
– 1 cup of diced bell pepper
– 1 cup of diced chicken breast
– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
– 2 eggs, beaten
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, bell pepper, chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, stir everything and then add the beaten eggs on top.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the eggs are set and everything is hot.
