Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 200 g vegetables (like bell peppers and zucchini), chopped
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (about 400°F).
2. In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well so all the chicken is coated.
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl and stir until they are mixed with the chicken.
4. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5. Once done, drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
