Ingredients

– 400 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced

– 2 tablespoons fish sauce

Method

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 3 minutes or until browned.
2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad ingredients. Combine the mango, carrot, red bell pepper, and green beans in a large bowl.
