1 kg beef chuck
2 cups beef broth

1 teaspoon black pepper
4 focaccia rolls

Method
1. Season the beef chuck with salt and pepper, then heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Sear the beef on all sides until browned, then remove it from the pot.
3. In the same pot, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened.
4. Stir in the broth, smoked paprika, and oregano; add the beef back into the pot.
5. Cover and simmer for about 3 hours until the meat is tender. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the juices.
