Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan cheese for serving
Fresh basil for garnish
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir well and bring the sauce to a simmer.
5. Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked. Serve with parmesan and fresh basil on top.
