Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, diced
250 ml plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
1 carrot, grated
Method
1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Add diced chicken to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the lettuce leaves and grate the carrot.
5. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until it is fully cooked. Serve the chicken in lettuce leaves topped with grated carrot.
