Eggless Chicken Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
200 g chicken minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium potato, boiled and mashed (about 200 g)
1 medium carrot, grated
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Method
1. Combine the minced chicken, onion, mashed potato, grated carrot, and coriander in a large bowl.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the mixture.
3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well blended.
4. Shape the mixture into small cutlets.
5. Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs, then shallow fry them in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
