Ingredients
500 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 pita breads
Method
Start by cutting the chicken into strips and placing them in a bowl.
Mix together the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour the spice mixture over the chicken and toss until well coated.
Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
