Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce.
3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
