500 g chicken breast, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 ml water
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
Oil for frying
Method
Combine the flour, rice flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add the water to the dry ingredients while stirring to form a smooth batter.
Add the chicken pieces into the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy.
