Eggless Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, cubed
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Start by preheating the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cubed chicken in a large bowl. Add yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything until the chicken is well coated.
Next, roll each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs until completely covered.
Arrange the coated nuggets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil to help them become crispy while baking.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through.
