Greek Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
60 ml olive oil
30 ml red wine vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
100 g feta cheese, crumbled
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
4. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle feta cheese on top. Serve warm.
