Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
50 ml hot sauce
30 ml unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and white vinegar.
3. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce mixture until they are well coated.
4. Grill the wings for about 25-30 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are crispy and fully cooked.
5. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
