Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Method
Prepare the chicken wings by rinsing them under cold water.
Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle on the spices.
Mix everything together until the wings are well-coated with the oil and seasonings.
Air fry the wings at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
