Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup plain flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Method
1. First, set up three bowls. Place flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
2. Next, beat the eggs in the second bowl until smooth. Add breadcrumbs to the third bowl.
3. Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, covering it well. Move it to the egg, ensuring it’s coated, then roll it in breadcrumbs.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Drain cooked strips on paper towels and serve hot.
