Easy Mexican Chicken Wraps Recipe
Ingredients
500 g boneless chicken breast
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium avocado, sliced
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
4 large tortilla wraps
1 cup salsa
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Start by cooking the chicken in a pan over medium heat. Season it with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
2. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it cool for a few minutes. Cut into strips.
3. Lay a tortilla wrap on a flat surface. On one half, add some salad greens, chicken strips, diced tomato, avocado slices, shredded cheese, and a spoonful of salsa.
4. Fold the wrap in half over the filling. Roll it up tightly from one side to the other.
5. Repeat the process for the remaining wraps. Serve them with extra salsa on the side if desired.
