Ingredients
500g minced beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
Mustard, to taste
Ketchup, to taste
Method
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix minced beef, salt, and black pepper until combined.
3. Form the beef mixture into four equal patties and press them flat.
4. Place patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute to melt.
5. Build your burgers by placing a patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, and ketchup.
