Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of milk
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of honey
Cooking spray or a little butter for the pan
Method
Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Add the oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and honey.
Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray it lightly with cooking spray or add a bit of butter.
Pour small amounts of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
