Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients
400 ml coconut milk
100 ml maple syrup
1 vanilla bean
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Add coconut milk and maple syrup to a bowl.
2. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
3. Mix the vanilla seeds and extract into the coconut milk mixture.
4. Stir in a pinch of salt until the ingredients are fully combined.
5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
