Ingredients
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the cheese, chicken, oats, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
3. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
4. Roll each ball in the bread crumbs to coat them evenly.
5. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
