Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, diced
1 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
2 cups cooked rice
2 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornflour, and egg together until smooth. Pour this mixture into the pan with the chicken.
Stir everything well and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve the chicken over the rice. Top with sliced green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
