Ingredients

1 pie crust

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Combine with spinach mixture and feta cheese, then pour into pie crust.
