Delicious Salmon Burgers Recipe: Easy & Healthy Meal Idea

Ingredients
450 g salmon fillets, skinless
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Burger buns

Method
Cut the salmon into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Mix in the chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into four patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
