Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 celery stick, diced
1 green onion, sliced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Bread or lettuce for serving

Method

Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water.
Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat and let the eggs simmer for about 10 minutes.
After cooking, transfer the eggs to cold water to cool them down.
Peel the cooled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
Mix the eggs with mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, diced celery, and green onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on bread or lettuce.
