Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 240 ml sour cream

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sour cream, and sugar together until well combined.
- Stir in the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined, but do not over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
