– 2 green onions, chopped

Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden, around 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the mixed vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Mix in the cooked rice and toss well. Garnish with green onions before serving.
