Method
1. Begin by combining the beef strips, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix until the beef is evenly coated.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in the minced ginger and garlic. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
