Ingredients
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish or line it with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
3. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is just combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for around 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
