Ingredients
– 120 ml gin
– 60 ml elderflower liqueur
– 250 ml tonic water
– 60 ml fresh lemon juice
– Fresh mint leaves (a handful)
– Lemon slices (2 for garnish)
– Ice cubes (as needed)
Method
1. Start by filling a large glass or jug with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the gin and elderflower liqueur over the ice.
3. Add the fresh lemon juice to the mixture.
4. Slowly top off the drink with tonic water and gently stir.
5. Garnish your cocktails with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
