Ingredients
– 750 g frozen hash browns
– 300 ml sour cream
– 300 ml cream of chicken soup
– 120 g grated cheese
– 1 small onion, diced
– 80 g butter, melted
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, soup, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the diced onion and frozen hash browns to the mixture, stirring to combine.
4. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
