Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3 large eggs
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Extra flour for dusting
Method
1. Start by placing the flour on a clean surface or in a large bowl and make a large well in the center.
2. Crack the eggs into the well, then add the salt and olive oil.
3. Gently mix the flour into the eggs using a fork. Continue until a rough dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Cut into your desired tagliatelle shape and dust with extra flour to prevent sticking.
