Ingredients
– 1 kg potatoes
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
– 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized pieces, about 2.5 cm each.
3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
4. Toss everything together until the potatoes are well-coated with the seasoning.
5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
