Ingredients
– 500 g beef, cut into pieces
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 cups water
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 bunch green onions, chopped
– 100 g chicharrón, for serving
Method
1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the beef pieces and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Pour in the water and let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
5. Serve the beef with chopped green onions and crispy chicharrón on the side.
