Ingredients
– 200 g brown sugar
– 100 g white sugar
– 170 g butter, softened

– 1 tsp baking soda

– 100 g nuts, chopped
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix the brown sugar, white sugar, and softened butter in a large bowl until creamy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir well to combine.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chunks and nuts, then scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
